It comes Valentine’s Day and I can’t help but notice how much of a burden that proves to be for some.
Just one more week until THE holiday of the year has millions of people roaming around stores (and online stores that is) stuffing their shopping baskets with even more pretentious gifts.
Completely clueless as to where to take the significant other out for dinner (probably the same spot as every year, oh how romantic!), where to buy the least expensive bouquet of overly expensive red roses (now, that’s creative! Boring!) and which assortment of chocolates to get (a box of chocolates – the cheap kind, so considerate!).
Therefore, Valentine’s Day for me is nowhere close to being romantic, hence should not be celebrated as such. So overrated!
Are you also sick and tired of dating and everything associated with it? You are single and proud? Good for you! Frankly, there’s no need to feel ridiculed just because of your relationship status. Leave it for others to run around like headless chickens and let them do the planning.
You can simply kick back and relax, while all the other Lovey-Dovey’s are losing their cool over planning THAT perfect Valentine’s Day activity.
We have compiled the ultimate playlist for those who oppose Valentine’s Day.
So what’s not to hate about Valentine’s Day?
